The most anticipated product from Apple iPhone has finally announced on 11th Sep 2013, at the event in Cupertino. After numerous rumors and speculations, it seems like those rumors are actually turning out to be true. Apple has done something very unusual compared to its predecessor iPhone release or announcement – this time they have announced two iPhones instead of one. The two iPhones are basically segmented into categories of mid range and high range phones. One phone is a budget phone called iPhone 5c and other being an expensive phone called iPhone 5s. It is now evident that the rumor about the budget iPhone from Apple was true, but is it really a budget iPhone? We will also see what’s new in iPhone 5c and 5s and difference between both.
In terms of technology, Apple has tried to bring new technology in iPhone, and one of the big changes came in iPhone is its processor. iPhone is the first smartphone to have a 64-bit processor. Apple is using the latest A7 chip which is believed to run twice the speed of iPhone 5. Apple has also introduced M7 “motion coprocessor” that would be useful to track data from accelerometer, compass and gyroscope. Additionally, Apple has added a sensor right below the home button which is called as “Touch ID.” A fingerprint sensor is now embedded within the home button that can be used to set as passcode. According to Apple, the fingerprint will be used for security purpose in iPhone, and data won’t be stored on its server and will not be available to any third party apps.

Apple has announced a mid-range phone as a budget phone, but anyway, we are not considering this as a budget iPhone. Since the phone is available in $99, but it has a two-year contract. Even if you go for an unlocked version of iPhone 5c it’s still very expensive comparing it with the android phones in the market.
